What is Virgin Hair?
Virgin Hair as well as our Raw Indian hair is hair that has not been dyed, bleached, permed, straightened or chemically treated in any way. All of our hair is in its natural state when cut and guaranteed to be in correct cuticle alignment. Our naturally straight and naturally wavy styles are completely natural and all other styles are steamed without any chemicals to create the desired texture. Hair quality is grade 9A or Raw Indian hair. The same quality hair that celebrities use. Upon receiving your order please co wash with a moisturizing conditioner before installation or color processing. Always seek professional help with doing color services. How much hair do I need?
For a full install, the average person needs about 8oz (300g). This is with or without a closure.
12'' to 16'' about 2 bundles is recommended
16'' to 22'' about 3 bundles is recommended
22' to 30'' about 4 bundles is recommended
We suggest 2-3 bundles or more of the kinky curly hair for a full look depending on length. Pictures shown on site are three 14'' bundles and a lace closure
What is your shipping policy?
All items are shipped to the US are shipped via USPS. Ground shipping within the United States will cost $10. In stock overnight & expressed shipped items will incur additional charge according to your location. Please email or call for express shipping.
will ship within 3-4 business days of receiving payment. 7-10 days for custom orders and 2-3 weeks for custom, full lace wigs.
Orders require 3-5 business days for delivery after it ships depending on its destination.
Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. The items must be mailed for exchange in it's original condition. We will not accept any packages that are not in their original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. No returns or exchanges on custom colored bundles or custom units. We will email you a picture for your approval before shipping. Once approved we can not take the item back as a return or exchange.
We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered including brushed, combed, picked, cut, or shampooed/cowashed in any way.
